The delivery rate within Germany amounts to 4.90 € no matter how many items are contained in your order. We deliver every day via DHL, DPD and UPS. You are able to choose your delivery method during the checkout process. There is no minimum purchase required. The standard delivery time is 2-3 working days for normal parcels. C.o.d. consignments take 2-4 working days.

We can dispatch items to virtually any country outside the European Union. World-wide deliveries are made via DHL.
It may happen in isolated cases that our shop system does not state delivery rates for your country. We will instantly inform you on all costs accruing for your delivery. Of course, you can also ask for the accruing delivery rates before placing an order. There is no minimum purchase required.
Tax information
Deliveries outside the European Union are exempt from the German VAT. Once you have opened a customer account with your address, the item prices will be shown without VAT.

Information for companies
Items bought by companies of the European Union (apart from Germany) are exempt from the German VAT. In this case, the company must provide us with the following information:Company name, legal form, complete address, and VAT identification number. The information received will then be checked and confirmed by the Federal Central Tax Office in Germany. Upon receipt of the confirmation, the items can be dispatched exempt from VAT.
Information for customers from Switzerland 
You don’t have to pay the German VAT amounting to 19 % if you enter a Swiss shipping address. All prices are quoted without German VAT once you have entered a Swiss shipping address. Please note, however, that you will have to pay the usual delivery and customs fees upon receipt of your shipment.
You would like us to send your order to a German shipping address because you want to export it to Switzerland at a later date and have a VAT refund? No problem at all. Simply enter a German shipping address and pay the German VAT. Send us a proof of exportation (e.g. original invoice duly stamped by the customs authorities) and we will refund the VAT immediately (e.g. via bank transfer or PayPal). Don’t hesitate to contact us, if you need an export form.
