Unfortunately, we do not accept orders placed by phone, we need something in writing. You could, of course, send us your order by email. However, these orders must be entered manually which takes time and is prone to errors.

Moreover, you can choose from a lot more methods of payment, e.g. Amazon Payments or credit card. Orders placed by email can only be paid by EU standard bank transfer (in advance) or by PayPal.
To add items to your shopping cart
It's so easy to order that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case. Find the item(s) you wish to order. If necessary, choose a size on the right hand side of the item picture. Once you are happy you've selected the right option, click the ADD TO CART button. Another window will pop up offering the following options: CONTINUE SHOPPING and VIEW CART. If you'd like to go on shopping or keep browsing, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button, otherwise click VIEW CART. In the latter case, you will be taken to your shopping cart and get an overview of all products contained therein. You can remove individual items from your cart by clicking on the bin icon to the right of the product concerned. To clear the whole shopping cart, click CLEAR SHOPPING CART. To alter the quantity, simply revise the quantity and click UPDATE SHOPPING CART. You can see the delivery time of your order below the list of products contained in you shopping cart. Right below the shopping cart icon you can check whether you are eligible for free shipping or whether your order falls short of the minimum order value required for your destination country. Once, everything comes up to your expectations, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

However, we will, of course, keep you posted on the status of your order by email so that you know at any given time whether your order is still being processed or has already been shipped. If the delivery of your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will inform you immediately.
If the invoice address does not correspond to the delivery address, uncheck the box next to "Ship to the same address" and enter the delivery address.
Let's assume that you place your order in our UK store but wish to have it delivered to the USA. In this case, the shipping costs will increase but the price of the goods will decrease. Orders shipped to non-EU countries are exempt from our German VAT. This tax is deducted automatically for orders shipped to non-EU countries (e.g.Switzerland, USA, Brazil, etc.).
After you have entered your billing and delivery address, select a shipping method (DHL, UPS). DHL is our standard logistics partner. All delivery times output during the ordering process apply to DHL. Of course, you can also select UPS as shipping method. Shipping costs and times depend on the destination country, the amount invoiced and your preferred method of payment.
On the product page, the delivery time of a product is output to the right of the product picture. If your shopping cart contains products with different delivery times, you will see the estimated delivery time of your order on the checkout page.

After you have selected a delivery method and entered an invoice address and if necessary a separate delivery address, you must merely choose your preferred method of payment. No, the delivery address must not be identical to the invoice address. We have, for instance, many customers in Switzerland who wish to have their orders delivered to a German address. If you'd like to order a specific item which you can't find in our store, contact us via our Contact Form and ask for an offer. As authorized motorcycle dealer, we can procure thousands of spare and wear parts which we do not necessarily offer in our online shop. Understandably, we do not stock each and every part available for every bike brand. Simply let us know via our Contact form which item you are interested in. Let's assume for a moment that you have already put some items into the shopping cart when you realize that you would like to add something which you cannot find in our online store. Simply write us a short email so that we can find out whether or not we can procure the item in question. Search for an item number:
If you are looking for a specific item and know the original item number, it's important to enter it in the correct format. BMW items have an 11-digit item number which has the following format: 12 34 5 678 910. If you enter such a number without the spaces (i.e. 12345678910), you don't get a result. You don't have to enter the complete number. 678 910 or even 910 will do. After you have entered an item number, a drop-down menu appears listing the possible hits.
Text search:
The more general the term you enter, the greater the number of search results. For example: If you merely enter topcase , you will get more than 1000 results. Refine your search query to narrow the search results. topcase r 1200 gs will narrow the number of search results considerably. The more accurate and specific you are, the greater the chance that you'll get the result you are looking for.
If all else fails, meaning if you don't find the item you are looking for, Email us so that we can find out whether we can supply the item you are looking for.
Status: Processing
If the status of your order does not change, this probably means that your order contains goods not marked as In stock. Goods marked as In stock at supplier must be reordered. The exact delivery time of such an item is output below the ADD TO CART button.
In some rare cases, it may happen that we cannot keep the delivery times promised in our store because our supplier has let us down, another customer grabbed the last item available from under your nose or an error occurred in our system. Rest assured that we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Status: Complete
This is the status we all like best because it means that the order has already been shipped and you have received an automatic email with the tracking number and tracking link.
Status: Pending
Pending orders, i.e. orders we receive but do not process, are orders whose payment - mainly by credit card (3D-Secure) - has not been successful. If your credit card uses 3-D Secure (verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode) you are redirected to the website of your bank to authorize the transaction by entering a safety code only known to you. This is to prevent other people from using your credit card. Afterwards, you must merely finish the order transaction in our shop by pressing the BUY NOW button. If you do not enter the safety code, no payment is effected and your order won't be processed.
Contact us if you wish to change the method of payment of a pending order. In this case, we can either send you our bank details or a PayPal money request. If you prefer to settle the payment via credit card, kindly place another order in our shop.
Status: Cancelled
Orders marked as cancelled were cancelled by the customers themselves (by phone or email). We only cancel unpaid orders after a certain period of time. Before cancelling an order we inform the customer so that he / she has enough time to settle the payment.
Status: Payment Review
Payment Review is an early warning system that helps to protect sellers from fraudulent payments. Payment Reviews are automatic, we don't start them in any way. If PayPal thinks to have spotted a payment that might be fraudulent, the payment is stopped from going through so that Paypal can look at it more closely. If PayPal finds that the payment is legitimate, we get an email so that we can ship the order. However, if PayPal thinks that the payment is fraudulent, it's cancelled automatically to protect us.
Amazon Payments
Amazon Payments is a smarter way to pay. If you have shopped on Amazon and have an Amazon account, then you are all set. There is no need to create countless usernames and passwords - your Amazon account credentials are all you need.
Simply login with the email address and password of your existing Amazon account. Your shipping and payment information is already stored with Amazon.

You can pay your order quite easily by bank transfer within the European Union. Upon receipt of your order, we will let you know our banking details with IBAN and SWIFT code. After your payment has been credited to our account, your order will be dispatched to you immediately (provided all items of your order were marked as In stock when you placed your order). Credit card (3D-Secure)
You pay your order by debiting your credit card. Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard and AmericanExpress. Payment by credit card is completely free of charge for you. We will bear the costs.

- You simply pay with two clicks because you merely access the bank or credit card details stored at PayPal instead of entering these data for each and every purchase.
- PayPal payments are fast. Upon receipt of your payment, Paypal sends us a confirmation and we can process your order immediately.

Cash on delivery (cod)
This method of payment is only available for the following countries: Austria, Germany, Italy, and Spain. If you choose cash on delivery as method of payment you can pay the amount invoiced to the person delivering your order. For shipments within Germany, we charge a cod fee of 5.00 €. For shipments to Austria, Italy and Spain, this fee amounts to 7.90 €. Within Germany, DHL charges another fee (2.00 €) which has to be paid to the person delivering the package. We do not know whether you have to pay such an addtional fee in Austria, Italy or Spain. Please contact your local postal services for further information about possible additional costs.
Within Germany, DHL charges an amount of 2 € for cod shipments. This amount does not figure on our invoice and must be handed over to the person delivering the package. For cod shipments to Austria, Italy and Spain, we charge 7.90 €. This amount figures on your invoice. However, we do not know whether DHL or the person delivering the order in Austria, Italy or Spain charges an additional fee. Please contact Österreichische Post AG / DHL Express (Austria), Poste Italiane S.p.A/ DHL Express (Italy) or Correos (Spain) to find out whether there are any additional cod fees apart from the 7.90 € charged by us.
We do not charge any other fees, surcharges for minimum quantities or other hidden costs. Please note, that shipmens outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes which might be levied once the shipment reaches your country.
